Leonhardt & Blumberg Enters Commercial Partnership with Navig8 for six IMO2 MR newbuildings

Under the partnership, Navig8 will commercially manage all six vessels through a combination of time-charter and pooling structures. Upon delivery, the ships will join Navig8’s IMO2 MR pool, Gamma8.

This agreement marks an important milestone in the expansion of our tanker activities. Following our first tanker acquisition only in 2022, the collaboration with Navig8 provides a strong and established commercial platform for our growing tanker fleet.

The vessels are Marineline-coated and built to IMO Type-2 standards, enabling the carriage of a broad range of chemical and product cargoes.

With this agreement, Leonhardt & Blumberg strengthens its commitment to long-term investment in efficient, future-ready tonnage and to a strategic presence in the tanker market.
